Delivery Terms of Service:
- Payment due in full at time of delivery.
- An adult (18+) must be present to confirm delivery, or a clearly marked and accessible location must be provided in advance for material dumping.
- By placing an order and accepting delivery, the buyer releases Corliss Gravel Pit from any liability for property damage that may occur during the unloading or delivery process.
- Deliveries beyond the curb or designated drop area are the responsibility of the buyer and carried out at their own risk.
- Due to the nature of aggregate materials, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted unless the delivered material is incorrect.
